We have approved partner hospitals and clinics around the country. You can find one near you on our
website. You may request home sample collection for an extra charge. You can indicate this at check
out.
Tests are purchased, and payment made online on our website through the customer dashboard by debit
card or bank transfer. Or via partner hospitals and clinics.
Test results are available in the customer dashboard. From there results can be downloaded or
forwarded to your doctor.
Depending on the test, our turnaround time starts from roughly 2 weeks, and for certain advanced
testing requiring DNA sequencing it may be as long as 5 to 6 weeks. We hope to offer an express
service in the near future.
Our website and portals are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption, the strongest data protection
protocol available and follows all policies, procedures, and standards of Nigeria’s National
Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) as well as comply with the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) policies of the European Union and the European Economic Area.
Testing is done in ISO- certified accredited laboratories in Nigeria, and others in partner labs in
Germany, India, and USA.
